Our rooms have been designed for multiple people to play together on different puzzles simultaneously, with more than one puzzle active at the same time, and no single required sequence. This means one thing: everyone participates, always. This way, each team member can contribute, making the experience dynamic, fluid, and consistently engaging.

Cancel within 12 hours prior to the start time of the game session by clicking the cancellation link received in the booking email.

If you have made a booking with online payment and wish to change it, please contact us by telephone.

The game's countdown begins at the exact booked time.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
If you're late, no problem: you can still play, but with the remaining time.

Yes, the number of attendees can vary without prior notification. Any discrepancies will be settled on-site.

L’unica eccezione riguarda le esperienze in realtà virtuale: in questo caso, eventuali variazioni devono essere comunicate entro 2 ore prima dell’inizio del gioco, rispondendo alla mail di prenotazione per permetterci di preparare e configurare correttamente i visori di gioco.

The number indicated for each room is the recommended one, as it guarantees the best gaming experience in terms of space and dynamics.
It is still possible to participate with 1–2 extra people, keeping in mind that the experience might be more chaotic and the spaces more cramped.
So it is possible to evaluate participation, provided that all participants are aware that comfort and the quality of the experience might be affected.
For larger groups, we recommend booking two or more different rooms at the same time and playing simultaneously, divided into teams.
Additional people, beyond the maximum recommended number, will be charged the same rate as the last participant.

When the 60 minutes are up, the experience ends.
If the room is available for the next shift, it is possible to add 30 extra minutes to try and complete the mission, for a small supplement.

Sì, l’esperienza in generale è consigliata dai 14 anni in su. I ragazzi dai 14 anni possono partecipare anche in autonomia, purché siano responsabili, non siano scalmanati e rispettino gli spazi e gli oggetti presenti all’interno dell’esperienza.
I bambini fino ai 13 anni possono comunque partecipare se accompagnati da almeno un adulto ma consigliamo di consultare le nostre esperienze ‘Ideali per famiglia’ o ad ogni singola “Stanza” perché non tutte sono adatte ai minori di 13 anni.

If someone does not participate in the experience, it is not possible to wait in reception for the entire duration of the game.

In most cases, even those who initially have some doubts get through the experience without problems, thanks to manageable and always accessible spaces.
In any case, at any time it is still possible to interrupt the game and leave the experience.

In any case, the perception of fear is very subjective: it varies from person to person, depending on their sensitivity and how much they allow themselves to be drawn into the atmosphere.

Yes, it's possible to leave the room or end the experience at any time.
The safety and well-being of participants are always our priority.
In the event of an early withdrawal, the participation fee remains unchanged, as the experience has commenced.
