Our rooms have been designed for multiple people to play together on different puzzles simultaneously, with more than one puzzle active at the same time, and no single required sequence. This means one thing: everyone participates, always. This way, each team member can contribute, making the experience dynamic, fluid, and consistently engaging.

Every one of our environments is created with extreme scenic care: we use solid and realistic quality materials: no polystyrene, no plastic, no “theme park make-believe”.

Only believable and immersive environments, where you will truly feel as if you've stepped into a movie scene. Every detail has been considered.

Every riddle is perfectly integrated into the story.

Payment can be made by card during online booking or by cash on arrival.

Most likely, it ended up in your email's spam or promotions/advertising folder, please try checking there.

If you have not clicked the ‘COMPLETE BOOKING’ button, it means you have not completed all the required steps and the booking is not complete.

Cancel within 12 hours prior to the start time of the game session by clicking the cancellation link received in the booking email.
The withdrawal terms will also apply to bookings made less than 12 hours before the booked time. In the event of a failure to cancel in the manner accepted at the time of booking
The Company will charge a penalty of €70.

If you have made a booking with online payment and wish to change it, please contact us by telephone.
If you have not already paid online, you must first cancel it via the cancellation link received in the confirmation email, and

The game's countdown begins at the exact booked time.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
If you're late, no problem: you can still play, but with the remaining time.

Yes, the number of attendees can vary without prior notification. Any discrepancies will be settled on-site.

The only exception concerns virtual reality experiences: in this case, any changes must be communicated within 2 hours before the start of the game, by replying to the booking email to allow us to correctly prepare and configure the game headsets.

The number indicated for each room is the recommended one, as it guarantees the best gaming experience in terms of space and dynamics.
It is still possible to participate with 1–2 extra people, keeping in mind that the experience might be more chaotic and the spaces more cramped.
So it is possible to evaluate participation, provided that all participants are aware that comfort and the quality of the experience might be affected.
For larger groups, we recommend booking two or more different rooms at the same time and playing simultaneously, divided into teams.
Additional people, beyond the maximum recommended number, will be charged the same rate as the last participant.

When the 60 minutes are up, the experience ends.
If the room is available for the next shift, it is possible to add 30 extra minutes to try and complete the mission, for a small supplement.

Yes, the experience is generally recommended for ages 14 and up. Those aged 14 can also participate on their own, provided they are responsible, not unruly, and respect the spaces and objects within the experience.
Children up to 13 years of age can still participate if accompanied by at least one adult, but we recommend consulting our ‘Ideal for Families’ experiences or each individual “Room” as not all are suitable for those under 13 years of age.
Up to 6 years old they don't pay, from 7 years old and upwards the price is the normal list price.

Each experience has different characteristics. To check the recommended age, fear level, and limitations, consult the dedicated page for each room.

If someone does not participate in the experience, it is not possible to wait in reception for the entire duration of the game.

In most cases, even those who initially have some doubts get through the experience without problems, thanks to manageable and always accessible spaces.
In any case, at any time it is still possible to interrupt the game and leave the experience.

In any case, the perception of fear is very subjective: it varies from person to person, depending on their sensitivity and how much they allow themselves to be drawn into the atmosphere.

Yes, it's possible to leave the room or end the experience at any time.
The safety and well-being of participants are always our priority.
In the event of an early withdrawal, the participation fee remains unchanged, as the experience has commenced.
