You can interrupt the game and leave the room at any time.
In most cases, even those who initially have some doubts manage the experience without problems, thanks to manageable and always accessible spaces.
Weather

You have 60 MINUTES to escape from prison. Make the most of every minute!
Help

If necessary, very valuable clues will be provided. Observe all objects in the room carefully, be critical, ingenious and quick!
CCTV

The environment is monitored by our control room to ensure the game runs smoothly and for your safety. The game can be stopped at any moment and for any reason.
Behaviour

Any damage caused to equipment, premises, or gaming materials will be reimbursed. Entry with mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, or any other electronic or recording devices is also prohibited.
Arrival time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time. If you are late, you will play with the time remaining from your booked session.
Cancellation

The booking can be cancelled free of charge with 12 hours' notice.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Esperienza fantastica da In Fuga Escape Room a Treviso! Rosario è stato super simpatico, disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con le cuffie, ma è stato prontamente risolto senza rovinare minimamente l'esperienza.

Ma veniamo alla parte importante: l'escape room. Siamo entrati convinti di essere un duo di menti brillanti, pronti a risolvere enigmi degni di Sherlock Holmes. Dopo pochi minuti eravamo già un duo di criceti in riunione straordinaria, con la capacità deduttiva di una zucchina lessa e la coordinazione di un mobile IKEA montato senza istruzioni.

Tra urla, teorie complottiste, intuizioni completamente sbagliate e noi che fissavamo gli indizi come se potessero risolversi per osmosi, Rosario probabilmente si è pentito di tutte le scelte di vita che lo hanno portato a lavorare con noi. Eppure lui è rimasto lì, paziente, a guidarci nel nostro glorioso declino intellettuale.

Verdetto finale: escape room consigliatissima, enigmi divertenti, atmosfera coinvolgente e Rosario che meriterebbe una medaglia al valore civile per aver sopportato il nostro duo senza chiamare direttamente un centro di recupero. 😂

Torneremo sicuramente! Non perché siamo diventati più intelligenti, ma perché ormai Rosario ci conosce e non possiamo lasciarlo solo con il trauma.

When the 60 minutes are up, the experience ends.
If the room is available for the next shift, it is possible to add 30 extra minutes to try and complete the mission, for a small supplement.

Yes, of course. It's one of the rooms recommended for children because it's not a dangerous game; rather, it's an activity where you only use your brain and everyone collaborates to complete the objective within 60 minutes.

For children up to 13 years old, we recommend experiencing it with the whole family or at least with an adult inside the rooms.

Up to 6 years old they don't pay, from 7 years old and upwards the price is the normal list price.

If someone does not participate in the experience, it is not possible to wait in reception for the entire duration of the game.

The number indicated for each room is the recommended one, as it guarantees the best gaming experience in terms of space and dynamics.

It is still possible to participate with 1–2 extra people, keeping in mind that the experience might be more chaotic and the spaces more cramped.
